Coach Nykie took her first CrossFit class in 2012 and has not turned back since. She has been coaching both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting for four years. She values the importance of being able to train hard while maintaining proper form and technique to decrease the likeliness of injuries in the future. Nykie's fitness coaching strong suit is her Olympic weightlifting knowledge and background. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and helping others reach their specific training goals!
