I joined CrossFit in 2018 after trying the 'bro' workout routine on his own and sought a community with structured programming. From the benchmark workouts like Fran and Annie, to the community-centric workouts like Murph, the CrossFit community has always been my network. Through a structured fitness routine and nutrition plan, I've lost 30 pounds, lifted heavier than ever before, and have never felt better about myself. I want to help my members and athletes build the life they're looking for in the long term, not quick and cheap results.
